Many people often emphasise the qualities listed in the headline. Some retailers even claim to base their entire operation on them.
Mr Jamal: “It is easy to use grand slogans and impressive phrases. In practice, however, customers often encounter something very different. Unfriendly, unmotivated or indifferent employees are far from rare.
The staff at Kabiri Carpet remain motivated and loyal to the company. They serve each customer with care and professional expertise. Their goal is to ensure that every visitor leaves satisfied and grateful for the service.
I am proud of the Kabiri team and grateful for their conscientious, professional work. I try to express my appreciation in several ways. The human factor plays a central role in everything we do each day.”
These are important but subjective factors. The objective strengths of KABIRI Carpet also deserve attention.
Mr Jamal: “We offer Hungary’s largest selection of hand-knotted oriental rugs. We also stock a wide range of handmade wool cushions.
Customer needs have also inspired us to expand our services. We now offer trade-ins, cleaning, repairs, restoration and rug rental. Customers can also request free home delivery, professional advice and valuations.
We have launched our Easter promotion under the slogans: ‘Prices fall, value remains!’ and ‘A beautiful rug makes a valuable gift.’”
